Step into your power with a 4-hour private boudoir experience designed to honor your body, your story, and your spirit. Includes professional hair & makeup, 20 retouched images, styling support, and a deeply affirming, LGBTQIA+ friendly environment. Offered exclusively on select Tuesdays & Fridays this summer. Cancellation Policy
Booking Requirements To reserve your session: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. This secures your chosen date and covers time spent in pre-shoot consultation, studio reservation, and preparation. The remaining 50% balance is due the morning of your scheduled photoshoot, prior to starting hair and makeup. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a brief pre-session questionnaire to help us tailor your experience. Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows We understand that life happens! Here's how we handle changes: Cancellations: The 50% retainer is non-refundable. If you cancel entirely, the retainer will not be returned. Reschedules: We allow one complimentary reschedule with at least 7 days' notice. Any additional reschedules will incur a $50 rebooking fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit the full session fee. No exceptions. Illness or emergency? Please reach out as soon as possible. We are committed to compassion and will do our best to accommodate unexpected situations. Late Arrival Policy We respect your time and ours. Sessions begin promptly at your scheduled time: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may need to shorten your session or reschedule (additional fee may apply). No additional time will be added to account for lateness unless explicitly agreed upon in advance. Image Delivery & Use Final edited images will be delivered via private, password-protected online gallery within 3 weeks of your session. We will never share your images without your written permission. You will have full control over what is shared publicly (if anything). A print release is included for personal use. Commercial use of your images requires additional written permission. Add-On Time Policy If you'd like to extend your shoot beyond the 4 hours, additional time may be available at $150 per hour, split evenly between Eye Know Photo & Kolby Wellness Center. Requests must be made in advance. By booking your session, you agree to all terms outlined above.
